Services
We provide comprehensive technology solutions including software development, AI solutions, cloud infrastructure, and PCB/electronics design and manufacturing.
Project Framework: Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon through written contracts or proposals.
Intellectual Property
Before Full Payment
All code, designs, and deliverables remain Will Sparrow Technologies’ intellectual property
After Full Payment
Ownership and rights are transferred to client as per the contract
Confidentiality
Mutual Agreement
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, designs, and proprietary information.
Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss
Delays caused by client-side dependencies or third-party providers
Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the respective service
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary information to ensure project progress as per the agreed schedule.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project or engagement with written notice if:

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu courts
