Due to the nature of customized software and AI projects, payments made for development or consulting are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Why this policy? Custom development involves dedicated resources, research, and tailored solutions that cannot be resold or repurposed for other clients.
Electronics & PCB Manufacturing
Before Production
Orders canceled within 24 hours of confirmation may be eligible for a full refund
After Production Start
Refunds are not available once manufacturing or procurement has begun
Defective Products
In case of verified manufacturing defects, replacements or partial refunds may be offered after inspection
Subscription Services
